Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026

This policy explains what WyldMarkets collects, why, who we share it with, and your choices. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

  • Email address — when you subscribe to the Daily Brief or create an account.
  • Account & authentication data — your email and login credentials, handled by our auth provider (Supabase).
  • Your activity in the product — your watchlist, followed traders, alerts, and predictions, stored against your account.
  • Payment data — if you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by Stripe; we receive your subscription status and a customer ID, never your full card number.
  • Usage & device analytics — pages viewed, events (e.g. searches, follows), approximate location, device/browser, and error reports, collected to operate and improve the product (see “Analytics & advertising” below).

How we use it

  • To provide the service (log you in, show your watchlist, run your alerts).
  • To send the Daily Brief and alerts you signed up for (you can unsubscribe anytime).
  • To process and manage paid subscriptions.
  • To understand usage, fix errors, and improve the product.

Service providers we share data with

We rely on the following processors to run WyldMarkets. Each receives only the data needed for its function:

  • Supabase — authentication and database.
  • Vercel — hosting and aggregate performance analytics.
  • Stripe — subscription payments and billing management.
  • Resend — delivery of the Daily Brief, alerts, and account emails.
  • PostHog — product analytics and error monitoring. When you are signed in, your events are associated with your account (including your email) so we can understand the signed-in experience.
  • Google AdSense — displays ads on free pages. Google may set advertising cookies and use device identifiers to personalize and measure ads, governed by Google's policies. Paid (Pro / Pro+) plans are ad-free.

Analytics & advertising

We use first-party analytics (PostHog, Vercel) to understand usage, and Google AdSense to show ads on free pages. AdSense uses cookies/identifiers for ad personalization and measurement. Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), the use of advertising cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information. If you are a California resident and want to opt out, email us at hello@wyldmarkets.com with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject, or use your browser's tracking controls / Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor where applicable.

Cookies & your choices

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, analytics cookies/identifiers (PostHog, Vercel), and, on free pages, advertising cookies set by Google AdSense. When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential (analytics and advertising) cookies, and you can change your choice anytime via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. In the EEA and UK, non-essential cookies and ad personalization load only after you consent (we use Google Consent Mode); until then, any ads shown are non-personalized. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out. You can additionally control cookies through your browser settings; blocking non-essential cookies will not affect core functionality.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. To exercise any of these — including unsubscribing from emails, opting out of advertising, or deleting your account — email hello@wyldmarkets.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active and delete it on request. Market and analytics data are retained only as long as needed to operate the service.

Children

WyldMarkets is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above when we do.
