Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how WyldMarkets subscriptions (Pro and Pro+) are billed, renewed, and cancelled.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Pro and Pro+ are recurring subscriptions. When you subscribe, you authorize WyldMarkets (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method the stated price on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The renewal price is the price shown at checkout (we'll give advance notice of any price change).

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your Account page → “Manage billing,” which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, after which the account reverts to the Free plan.

Refunds

Because you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you were charged in error, or believe you are entitled to a refund, email hello@wyldmarkets.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it in good faith.

The Free plan

The discovery layer is free and requires no payment. This policy applies only to paid Pro and Pro+ subscriptions.
