The Service
WyldMarkets aggregates and displays publicly available information about third-party prediction markets for informational and entertainment purposes. We are not a market, exchange, broker, or sportsbook, and we do not accept or facilitate any bets, wagers, orders, or funds. See our Disclaimer.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Accounts
You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no scraping at abusive volume, no attempts to break security or access others' accounts, no unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
Third-party data and links
Market data and links come from third parties (e.g. Polymarket, Kalshi). We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability, and we may show data that is delayed or incomplete.
Intellectual property
The WyldMarkets name, brand, and original content are ours. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
No warranties
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that data is accurate, complete, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WyldMarkets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its data.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the Service at any time, and may suspend or terminate access for violations. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
